This Refund Policy applies to all users of Chasebot, a subscription-based Software as a Service (SaaS) platform.
1. Subscription Payments
- Chasebot operates on a prepaid subscription model (monthly or yearly).
- All payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including Xendit.
2. No Automatic Refunds
Payments made for Chasebot subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the subscription period has started.
This includes cases where the service is not used during the subscription period.
3. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- Duplicate or accidental payments
- Billing errors caused by our system
- Service unavailability due to technical issues on our side
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the payment date.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after purchase
- Misuse or violation of our Terms & Conditions
- Account suspension due to policy violations
- Failure to cancel the subscription before renewal
